Changing things up slightly, they opted for the classical architecture & decadence of an adults-only, all-inclusive stay at The Hilton Playa del Carmen. It was the perfect choice for their intimate group of twelve, to enjoy a ceremony on the beach, followed by a private dinner at Alux, a popular cavernous restaurant in town.
