2014 is a year of change and growth for the two of us and part of that is starting to be more healthy in the physical activities we’re a part of and the food we eat. Jasmin & I have been spending a lot of time at the gym, most days we end up at the downtown YMCA both on our lunch breaks, and again after work. We are both feeling great and this is just the beginning. In addition to the gym we are eating better, trying out new recipes and really enjoying our time in the kitchen. We’ve started having so much fun that we wanted to share in the good times so we started a blog with photos and the recipes we’re trying out.
